unfurled
the fiber zipper drops, leaving my flesh cut open and bare for the morning birds to eat.

who am i?
Like a fleshy fruit oozing its juices into the sunlight, my essence bleeds out onto this page. A fibrous yet succulent peach or mango—layered, bitten, peeled back, and always bleeding like the areas around my cuticles.
Hey there! I'm Roshani, a third-year undergrad at the University of Chicago, majoring in
Media Arts & Design
and minoring in
Computer Science.
My passions lie in art, computer science, game development, comics and graphic novels, poetry, and the horror genre.
Other than that, I enjoy playing word, puzzle, and story-based games; watching anime on occasion; writing fiction;
listening to music (primarily punk, emo, metal, and pop but I dabble in other genres as well);
making themed playlists; collecting coins, guitar picks, and rocks; and cooking + baking (more recently).
